Adorable vintage 1950s/1960s sheer white chiffon blouse / cardigan. Giant double ruffle edge all the way around, gathered cuffs. It hangs open in the front but tiny snaps or hooks/eyes can be attached to provide closure. Not lined, has tiny chiffon folded "shoulder pads" to maintain fullness in the shoulders. Can be worn as a cardigan over a camisole or as . In excellent condition.
